Since our inception in 1996, Career Edge Organization, a national not-for-profit, has worked with more than 1000 reputable organizations across Canada to provide meaningful work experiences to 9200 talented interns. Career Edge Organization provides an opportunity for employers to gain access to skilled talent consisting of recent or new graduates, graduates with disabilities, and internationally qualified professionals. Interns gain meaningful work experience with on the job coaching and mentoring in a supportive and professional business environment.

About the Career Bridge paid internship program

The Career Bridge program, operated by Career Edge Organization, is an innovative paid internship program that responds to Canada’s labour market demand for internationally qualified professionals and to aspirations of qualified immigrants eager to work in their professional fields in Canada.   The Career Bridge program provides an opportunity for candidates to apply their skills and expertise in the Canadian workforce.  Career Bridge internships are mid-level professional paid positions that last 4, 6, 9 or 12 months and are available in a broad spectrum of non-regulated business functions including finance, human resources, marketing, IT and engineering.

The Career Bridge paid internship program is a low-risk, cost effective way for Canadian organizations to gain access to quality talent across many different industry sectors, adding skills and diversity to their workforce and helping highly qualified and motivated individuals get meaningful Canadian work experience.
