Career Edge Now

Career Edge Organization has evolved and grown since 1996. As Canada's first Internet-based employment posting board, Career Edge pioneered the use of technology to link companies and graduates through its website, www.careeredge.ca.

To augment its original internship program, the Career Edge Organization has since launched two additional specialized initiatives. The organization now operates three internship programs:

Career Edge (1996) for recent graduates

The Career Edge program provides meaningful entry-level work experience for Canadian graduates eager to put their education to work. The program is designed to help recent graduates launch careers in their chosen field.

Ability Edge (1999) for recent graduates with disabilities

Ability Edge is a specialty internship program for graduates with disabilities. Since its launch in partnership with the Canadian Banker's Association, Ability Edge has expanded to a national operation helping hundreds of graduates with disabilities gain career-building experience

Career Bridge (2003) for internationally qualified immigrant professionals

Career Bridge is a new internship program for internationally qualified professionals ready to apply their skills to the Canadian workplace.
